If you don’t feel some kind of hurt or pain today you probably don’t much have a conscious, heart or simply just no sense of compassion. No matter how positive you ever try to be you will encounter loss & find grief. That is just life! The tragedy in all this racism, discrimination & oppression is this… Every black person in America has to wonder… Am I next?<\/p>\n
No matter what we do as black people we are deemed a threat to society & we always have been therefore it has become like a common practice, acceptable even favorable for black people to die or be killed. We know too much & yet we’re still too ignorant to do better so we therefore contribute to our own demise & destruction. You see a coward will always be afraid & rather than have the courage to admit he has a problem with you. He will pretend that it’s all good & just as soon as you’re not looking he will attack you & thus easily overcome you.<\/p>\n

Privileged America believes that we don’t want anymore than what we may be given but we have to ask ourselves what do our actions say? We have to be smarter ya’ll. Much much smarter!!!<\/p>\n
Our grandfather’s & great grandfather’s & Grandmothers & great grand mothers didn’t fight for us to have to live in a world like this & we don’t have to! We think we need leaders & I say we are leaders! We say what it is or what it ain’t (isn’t). Whatever is said because we make it so. Whatever the trend because we make it so. Our culture sets the tone & standards for the world. Yes there is propaganda to push their agenda but it’s about what we do, consume or glorify. WE BUILT THIS COUNTRY just as they stole it!<\/p>\n
We inhibit the power within ourselves to make the better decisions & make the conscious effort to change our surroundings & reshape the world. I’m sorry ya’ll but really I’m tired of poor innocent ppl especially blacks slaving for scraps at dead end jobs, denied opportunities, hauled off to jail, killing each other, neglecting these children, forced into this hopeless mentality & dying out here everyday! It seriously has to stop…<\/p>\n
We really have to quit thinking so selfishly or solely about ourselves & start thinking about the things that are greater than us. Where we can actually put aside our differences between each other & stand together for real like the original community groups, hence “gangs,” did. Not to murder one another to but to serve as these organizations were created to be to protect each other, to defend our right to exist & to build up our people whether infant, child, sister brother, father & mother.<\/p>\n
I spend a moment of silence & send prayers to those families in Charleston, SC who are suffering from the inhumane fatal act of violence that has transpired. I feel as you have been victimized I too have been victimized. I don’t have it in my character to hate a person because of their skin color but I despise any form of ignorance, brutality or ignorance. Ya’ll take care of yourselves & each other. Sorry for the rant. In the midst of all my excitement these are just some of my thoughts I’ve had. I love ya’ll & please be safe out there! May God be with us all.<\/p>\n
