Hello Brothers and Sisters Thank you for your continuing prayers for my Mom Ophelia Billups and Kevin Billups Sr. My mom survived the POEM surgery Amen ❤️
But the recovery will be slow she’s 82. I am reaching out to ask if anyone knows any Disciples (Mature Sisters) who can help my elderly mom On Tues/ Thurs/ Saturdays for the next 3 weeks. My brother and I are taking days but we both need to work and rest.
We need someone to come and help her in the morning w breakfast/ Grooming bath / and lunch. She is staying at my brother’s Apt in Decatur because it’s convenient to the hospital, grocery store etc My brother and I are also looking for a long term plan and a nursing home is off the table but we are exhausted and are doing our best to help on days we are off work.
If anyone can assist temporarily asap please call me @678-914-1869 and I will explain the need. Kevin hasn’t been back to work since her surgery and I’m starting a new job in two weeks. Thanks for any referrals or help w my mom and my brother. Sincerely, Kwana
[7.16.26] Prayers are needed for Kwana Billups mother and brother. Her mother (Ophelia Billups) is having surgery for her esophagus tomorrow (July 13th). This surgery will help her to swallow food. Kwana’s brother (Kevin Billups, Sr.) is recovering from eye surgery. It’s glaucoma related. Thank you.

Update ❤️ my mom Ms Ophelia her poem surgery went well she’s at my brother Kevins place on the journey towards healing and prayerfully a full recovery with no swallowing and digestion complications. Pray for her to take it slow and steady. Cuz when your hungry all bets are off I will step in and assist as usual.
My brother is next he is still having issues with his eyes, the pressure keep fluctuating and this is the 14th surgery and stints to drain fluid. He was waiting on getting our mom situated before he started doing his own health stuff, and I will be assisting this as well at some point. Thanks for you prayers! Love Kwana
